Names is an easy to use iPhone app that helps anyone quickly learn names. Simply use your iPhone or iPod touch camera to snap photos and then add them to Names. Review and practice anytime, anywhere.
Focused
Names is an app focused on one core problem: remembering names. If you've ever taught a new class, joined a new work group, or come home from a conference and wished you could remember everyone's name, this app is for you. Names can be used to learn the names of rocks, plants, animals, art and even foreign language vocabulary, but the core of the app has been designed to help when learning other people's names.
Simple Elegant Interface
Names is a simple app. From the beginning, Names has been designed to take very little brain power away from the job of learning and recalling names. Just tap to add a new photo then type the name. That's it!
Review and Update
If you start out using photos from your photo library and then discover the photo is no longer representative, just tap edit and the photo to update. Choose a new photo from your photo library or snap a new photo on the spot. Teachers can review the names and faces in a selected group right before class.
Practice
When you want to practice, Names will present you with a randomized photo and you tap the correct name from a list of possibilities. It's a great way to see if you really have all the names memorized and test your recall speed.
Groups
As you add more names and faces you'll want to organize your groups. Simply tap the edit button and the group you wish to modify. Groups with matching section names will automatically collect together making it easy for you to keep track of related groups.
